GemLife Moreton Bay Stage One release selling fast

STAGE ONE OF THE ECO-INSPIRED GEMLIFE MORETON BAY OVER-50S LIFESTYLE RESORT – RELEASED IN MID OCTOBER – IS SELLING FAST, WITH 30 PERCENT OF HOME SITES UNDER CONTRACT OR ON HOLD WITHIN JUST TWO WEEKS OF LAUNCH.

GemLife Moreton Bay Sales Manager Sam Stevens said Stage One sales had exceeded all expectations, with over-50s buyers impressed by the location of the site, the home designs, as well as the incredible facilities on offer at the nearly 150-hectare master planned community.

“GemLife Moreton Bay is the first over-50s resort of its kind in Australia and is like nothing we’ve developed before. The Stage One release features just 83 home sites with a choice of six spacious and luxurious two-bedroom plus multipurpose-room home designs,” Sam said.

“Inspired by the unique natural environment, the resort’s home designs create a sense of connection with the surrounding landscape. And because of the unbeatable green space, all homes have no rear neighbours,” she said.

“With between 227.36 sqm and 253.7 sqm of living space, the homes are among our biggest to date, and are designed to optimise indoor-outdoor living and harmonise with the environment.”

Stage One homes offer five colour schemes and multiple facade options, and a generous array of standard inclusions including stainless-steel appliances, walk-in pantries, walk-in robes in both the master and second bedrooms, and much more.

The first stage is conveniently located close to several of the resort’s state-of-the-art facilities, including the lakeside Country Club with a walkway to a private island, Summer House and a network of trails for walking and cycling.

GemLife Moreton Bay is surrounded by parklands, tree groves, wildlife-rich wetlands, conservation area trails, seven picturesque lakes, koala habitat corridors, and swathes of open green space. More than 60 percent of the site will be set aside for native revegetation and protected koala corridors.
