The GemLife Difference

GemLife has four points of difference that sets it apart from other industry providers.

FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY
GemLife does not charge entry or exit fees, and home owners retain 100% of their capital gain. This provides transparency and certainty for home buyers.

LUXURY HOMES
Homes are stylish, spacious and feature top-of-the-range appliances and fittings. GemLife has up to 12 luxury two and three-bedroom home designs from which to choose.

ACTIVE LIFESTYLE
GemLife encourages an active and social close-knit community, providing first-class leisure and exercise facilities to support health and wellbeing.

PREMIUM LOCATION
Location is paramount. GemLife looks for naturally beautiful surroundings complemented by a thriving local community. Residents can take advantage of on-site facilities but also have convenient access to local business and shopping precincts.

Where are GemLife Resorts?

GemLife’s premium locations are carefully chosen based on the natural beauty of their surroundings as well as convenience to local amenities such as shopping, thriving local communities and medical services. GemLife now has eight resorts across Australia with more in the pipeline.

GemLife‘s goal is simple
