CONSTRUCTION OF THE GEMLIFE RAINBOW BEACH SUMMER HOUSE IS WELL UNDERWAY, ALONG WITH THE RESORT’S RECENTLY COMPLETED TENNIS, BOCCE, AND PICKLEBALL COURTS.
GemLife Director & CEO Adrian Puljich said that with the resort’s first homeowners set to move into the community this month, the outdoor recreational facilities were sure to become popular hangout spots for socialising, fitness, and fun.
“Featuring a sleek, modern design, the Summer House will be the first of the resort’s facilities ready for residents to enjoy, and with the country club under construction, it’s a taste of more to come,” Adrian said.
“The partly-shaded, magnesium-enriched outdoor pool will be a fantastic place to take a refreshing dip during the warm weather. And for those who like to soak in the sun’s rays for a dose of Vitamin D, there will be plenty of poolside sunlounges to relax in.”
Amenities also include a generously sized undercover outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities, outdoor shower, and poolside lounge area complete with superb high-quality alfresco-style furniture.
Adrian said the interior design would reflect a coastal vibe in keeping with the resort’s location, with a fresh, light colour-palette complemented by natural, organic tones in the furnishings, plus a nod to Mediterranean style.
He added that the floodlit tennis court, bocce and pickleball courts – to be completed this month – would be ideal for friendly social games of tennis and pickleball, one of the world’s fastest growing sports.
