As a new year begins, we look back on the year that was in 2022 – a time when GemLife communities grew, new homes and facilities became reality, and homeowners took their fitness and activities to the next level while also enjoying a stellar array of events.
There were milestones reached and new developments embarked upon, ranging from the final settlement of GemLife’s first over-50s lifestyle resort at Bribie Island which was celebrated by the entire community with a get-together and massive fireworks display, to the start of work at the new flagship GemLife Gold Coast resort, first slabs down at GemLife Rainbow Beach, and the opening of the new GemLife Palmwoods Summer House.
The cameras also rolled on GemLife’s new lifestyle program, Living Proof, which focuses on fashion, health, travel and technology tips for homeowners, many of whom have been featured in the episodes.
The first birthday of the trail-blazing Explore by GemLife motorhomes, which has proved an experience too good to miss by many homeowners, was also among major celebrations enjoyed by homeowners.
