DESIGNED BY RENOWNED QUEENSLAND ARCHITECTURAL FIRM, JARED POOLE DESIGN, GEMLIFE PACIFIC PARADISE’S UPCOMING COUNTRY CLUB WILL BE A STUNNING TWO-STOREY RECREATIONAL PRECINCT EXCLUSIVELY FOR RESIDENTS TO UNWIND, SOCIALISE AND KEEP ACTIVE.

Architect and director of Jared Poole Design, Jared Poole, said that the master planned building had been designed to lean into the relaxed, coastal lifestyle enjoyed at Pacific Paradise, with a contemporary nod to the future of the area.

“In line with the GemLife ethos, the design ambition was not of a ‘themed’ architectural style, but more a modern take on the Queensland resort lifestyle. The overarching objective was to create a unique and special place respectful to the natural context where residents, visitors, and the surrounding community take ownership and pride in the environment in which they live,” he said.

The double-storey country club will house an extensive range of resort-style facilities over 3000 square metres to provide vibrant social and leisure spaces for homeowners.

“The development has expanded, allowing for additional facilities to the existing pool house and a large clubhouse with all the amenities expected of a GemLife resort, plus a roof terrace bar and luxury indoor pool,” said Jared.

Residents can breathe in the fresh Sunshine Coast air while enjoying happy hour on the elevated rooftop bar with friends and family or take a dip in the breathtaking indoor pool designed for year-round swimming while soaking in the view of the beautiful outdoors. Its floor-to-ceiling glass windows will maximise the natural light flowing onto the pool.

The country club’s modern minimalistic facade will exude sophistication and elegance, setting the stage for the building’s interiors which will boast striking finishes and luxe fittings.

“The building’s architecture references a natural material palette with stone and landscaped planters and responds to the local climate conditions with screening and glazed elements angled to take advantage of the site’s aspect and orientation,” Jared revealed.

Set in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, GemLife Pacific Paradise is a tranquil oasis set in an established area. The future country club will add to the existing pavilion which features an impressive outdoor pool, tennis court and much more.
