July was a very busy month in beautiful northern New South Wales.
Sales have been going strong and there has been lots of interest in our boutique coastal resort. Nearly a third of the resort’s sites have already been reserved and people are eager to start a whole new resort lifestyle.
Bus tours to GemLife Bribie Island were very popular last month. Guests were impressed with the country club and facilities on offer, as well as the beautiful display homes.
Progress continues onsite with geotechnical drilling taking place to assess the soils underwater for the pylons for the resort’s stunning waterfront country club. The country club will house a range of fabulous first-class recreational and leisure facilities including a stunning rooftop pool, bar and café, fully-equipped gym, cinema, and much more.
