THE FIRST STAGE RELEASE AT THE ECO-INSPIRED OVER-50S LIFESTYLE RESORT, GEMLIFE MORETON BAY, CONTINUES TO BE ONE OF GEMLIFE’S FASTEST SELLING, WITH NEARLY THREE QUARTERS OF HOME SITES UNDER CONTRACT OR RESERVED.

Residential construction is set to kick off next month, with first slabs due to be poured in early to mid-March on Stage One home lots.

GemLife Moreton Bay Sales Manager Sam Stevens said home buyers had been blown away by the scope and beauty of the site, in addition to the quality of the homes and facilities on offer at the resort.

“When buyers and contract holders join our weekly bus tours to visit the site, they all remark just how beautiful and green it is. They’re also struck by the tranquillity – nearly everyone comments about how quiet and peaceful it is here,” Sam said.

“They’re also really surprised about the lovely sea breezes that come through the resort off Moreton Bay, which are wonderful, especially during the summer months.”

Another aspect of the GemLife Moreton Bay site making an impression is the diverse and bountiful birdlife.

“People love that they get to see golden-headed sea eagles and pelicans, and so many other types of birdlife. This feature of the location truly makes you feel like you’re at one with nature and will only enhance the entire experience of living at this extraordinary over-50s lifestyle resort.”

Starting from only $785,000, there are six luxurious, modern home designs on offer, each with two bedrooms plus a multipurpose room.

Boasting between 227.36sqm and 253.7sqm of living space – among GemLife’s largest homes to date – all designs feature the ultimate in indoor-outdoor living and, with no rear neighbours, deliver uninterrupted green views from their cleverly designed alfresco areas.

GemLife Moreton Bay is surrounded by parklands, tree groves, wildlife-rich wetlands, conservation area trails, seven picturesque lakes, koala habitat corridors, and swathes of open green space. More than 60 percent of the site will be set aside for native revegetation and protected koala corridors. It is UDIA EnviroDevelopment certified, earning six out of six ‘leaves’ for excellence in sustainability (turn to page 39 to learn more).

Stage One features 83 home sites and is conveniently located close to several of the resort’s state-of-the-art facilities, including the lakeside Country Club with walkway to a private island, Summer House, and a network of trails for walking and cycling.
