Stage Two residential construction underway at Pacific Paradise

GPP-Stage-two

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION FOR GEMLIFE PACIFIC PARADISE STAGE TWO IS NOW UNDERWAY, WITH FIRST SLABS POURED AT THE END OF LAST MONTH.

GemLife Director & CEO Adrian Puljich said all construction teams were working full steam ahead to ensure the final stage was completed as quickly as possible.

“We are pulling out all stops to expedite the residential works program, including a reduced Christmas break period, to deliver our Stage Two contract holders their brand-new homes,” Adrian said.

“We are committed to getting the second stage finished and welcoming our newest residents to this wonderful community. It’s exciting to see building moving ahead!”.

Stage Two comprises 115 homes and is also the location for the future country club.

The GemLife Pacific Paradise Country Club, a stunning two-storey architecturally designed building, will be modelled on GemLife’s award-winning country clubs.

The stylish modern country club will accommodate an extensive range of recreational facilities including a pool with spa, fully equipped gym, sauna, ten-pin bowling alley, tennis, bocce and pickleball courts, a luxury cinema, art studio, music room, wine room, bar, coffee lounge, and more.

“The country club will be a stunner – it will have a contemporary look and feel similar to the Maroochy Quays country club, but with its own flair and style to work beautifully with the Pacific Paradise surroundings,” Adrian said.

GemLife Pacific Paradise is in an established area surrounded by peaceful natural bushland, minutes away from stunning beaches and a vibrant local community. The resort is close to a thriving shopping and restaurant precinct and is six kilometres away from Maroochydore’s CBD.
