RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION IN STAGE FOUR AT GEMLIFE MAROOCHY QUAYS IS SET TO BEGIN SOON FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF NOTICE OF APPROVAL FROM SUNSHINE COAST COUNCIL.
GemLife Director & CEO Adrian Puljich said he was thrilled for the team to commence with building of Stage Four homes, the Sunshine Coast resort’s final stage.
“It’s been a long time coming and we cannot wait to start the residential works program. Our Stage Four homeowners have been incredibly patient and we look forward to handing over their brand-new homes as soon as we possibly can,” he said.
“Our Maroochy Quays community is a very special place, and last stage homeowners will have the benefit of being able to use all the fantastic facilities, including our award-winning country club, straight away.”
The Final Stage, which includes 14 lakeside sites with sweeping water views, will feature a range of stylish, modern home designs. The lakeside sites will feature stunning new home designs created to take full advantage of the superb lake views.
Stage Four comprises 84 homes in total.
A special lunch and information session will be held at the GemLife Maroochy Quays Country Club on 2 November, hosted by Andrew Coulter, GemLife Sales & Marketing Director, to provide final stage homeowners with details about the rollout of the residential construction program.
