GemLife

Bigpond or Telstra email user?

Bigpond
We have recently become aware that some of our clients with BigPond email addresses are experiencing issues with receiving emails from GemLife.
Therefore to help ensure you receive important email messages from GemLife, please read the instructions below.

How to whitelist GemLife as a safe sender:

1. Login to your Bigpond mail. On the upper right hand of the screen, click on the gear icon that reads “Settings”.

4. All future GemLife emails should arrive in your inbox. If you wish to move your existing GemLife emails from the Junk/Spam folder into your inbox, right click that email, go to More, and then click in Mark as Not Spam.

Alternatively, you can request a whitelisting by sending an email to BigPond/Telstra Technical Support with the sender’s email address, reference site of the sender, and the reason why the sender should be whitelisted.

Telstra has phased out Bigpond email accounts and is now advising users to replace their Bigpond emails with a new provider such as Gmail, Outlook.com or Yahoo (click here to learn more about free email accounts).

If you have already replaced your BigPond email address, please inform us by sending your new email address details to [email protected]
