GemLife Palmwoods superb new Country Club will open on Tuesday, 30 April. Designed to embrace stunning rainforest views, the $12.5-million Country Club offers three levels of entertainment and recreation space across 4800sqm.
Paying tribute to the majestic Sunshine Coast Hinterland, the interior design is grounded by earthy and olive tones, punctuated by sophisticated contrast colours inspired by rainforest birdlife.
Sports and fitness lovers will not be disappointed by the facilities on offer, including a fully-equipped gym, yoga studio, covered lawn bowls, and flood-lit tennis court. While those looking to embrace relaxation will enjoy the outdoor deck with sunken lounge as well as the mountain lodge-inspired formal bar and lounge.
Pacific Paradise

Finishing touches are soon to start on GemLife Pacific Paradise’s stylish two-storey Country Club ahead of its opening later in 2024.
External rendering has been completed and work is well underway in the interiors with tiling on the ground floor starting this month. Over the past couple of months, framing, service rough-ins and sheeting have taken place on both levels.
Boasting 3000sqm of floor space, the GemLife Pacific Paradise Country Club is expected to be ready to hand over to the interior design team at the end of June for fit-out in July. This sophisticated and modern facility has been designed to harmonise with the Sunshine Coast’s laidback lifestyle.
Homeowners will be able to relax on the roof terrace bar, enjoy the hanging gardens or make the most of the great Sunshine Coast weather with outdoor dining, including barbecues and pizza oven.
Tweed Waters

Great progress is being made on the GemLife Tweed Waters Country Club. The decking that wraps around the sandy shore lagoon was completed late last year and, since then, the ground floor slabs have been laid and the wall work has just commenced.
Inspired by the relaxed southern Californian-inspired mid-century modernist aesthetic, the Country Club will feature a grand ballroom with theatre stage, a commercial kitchen, a private cinema, library and ten-pin bowling alley along with a bar overlooking the canal which boasts a jetty and pontoon.
Upstairs will host a large games room with bar, art studio, wine room, golf simulator and fully equipped gymnasium. From the gallery, homeowners can step out onto an expansive terrace and enjoy the elevated view or a game of roof-top lawn bowls.
The Country Club is on track to open in early 2025.
Gold Coast
Northern Gold Coast, Qld
The Country Club at GemLife’s flagship resort on the Gold Coast has made tremendous strides over the past 12 months.
The approximately 7000sqm Country Club has risen from its basement level and continues its thrust upwards with the structural steel and roof works expected to start over the next few months.
This level will be home to a roof-top entertaining space with a resort-style pool, a sky bar and outstanding views to the Gold Coast’s distinctive skyline.
The Country Club, due for completion in mid-2025, further encourages community with a luxurious high-street feel on the ground floor and welcomes interaction over three levels with a fitness centre, indoor pool and spa, ten-pin bowling alley, wine lounge and cinema.
