THERE WAS EXCITEMENT IN THE AIR AS NEW GEMLIFE PACIFIC PARADISE STAGE TWO HOMEOWNERS STARTED TO MOVE INTO THE OVER-50S LIFESTYLE RESORT.
A huge milestone was reached at Gemlife Pacific Paradise when members of the Home Owners’ Committee turned out in force to help celebrate the arrival of David and Meryl Cawte, who were the first in Stage Two to move into their brand-new home.
The community spirit was at an all-time high as the couple excitedly took up residency, leading the way for more settlements to follow including Shane and Sandra Storer and John and Anne Harvey who followed closely behind them.
GemLife Pacific Paradise is in an established area surrounded by peaceful natural bushland, minutes away from stunning beaches and a vibrant local community. When Stage Two is completed, the resort will have 211 homes in addition to an architecturally designed Country Club and recreational pavilion.
