RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION AT GEMLIFE TWEED WATERS IS NOW UNDERWAY, WITH BUILDING OF THE RESORT’S FIRST HOMES IN PROGRESS.
GemLife Director and CEO Adrian Puljich said the residential construction team was committed to completing home builds as quickly as possible and had been making steady progress.
“After ongoing delays, I am thrilled that our residential construction program is finally moving forward, bringing settlement day closer for our first homeowners,” Adrian said.
“Our development team is working equally hard behind the scenes to expedite individual building approvals with Tweed Shire Council, and I cannot wait to see the resort take shape in the months ahead,” he said.

GemLife Tweed Waters is GemLife’s first over-50s lifestyle resort in the Tweed Shire in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales.
Set in a premium position with direct waterway access the resort, when completed, will feature just under 100 homes and a modern waterfront Country Club with an extensive array of premium fitness and leisure facilities.
Facilities will include an indoor yoga studio, bar and cafe, gym studio, outdoor lounge areas, fire pits, barbecue facilities, luxury cinema, a creative arts studio, and much more.
GemLife Tweed Waters is located at 32 Fraser Drive, Tweed Heads.
