CONSTRUCTION OF THE GEMLIFE PACIFIC PARADISE COUNTRY CLUB IS APPROACHING THE FINAL STRAIGHT AHEAD OF ITS OPENING IN THE THIRD QUARTER OF THIS YEAR.
GemLife’s commercial construction team has been hard at work building out the interior spaces with the internal amenities such as the ten-pin bowling lanes installed last month.
The resort’s indoor swimming pool has been tiled. Painting and tiling of the ground floor areas is also complete, with the team now focusing their attention on the upper level.
“It’s been wonderful seeing the progress happen week by week,” said GemLife Pacific Paradise Sales Manager, Victoria Dent. “All our homeowners are looking forward to enjoying the outstanding facilities that will be on offer.
“Many of the clubs and activities groups will be able to spread their wings when the building is officially opened and are looking forward to making full use of the space.”
