STAGE TWO RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION HAS KICKED OFF AT GEMLIFE GOLD COAST!
GemLife Gold Coast Sales Manager Ashleigh Murtagh said the start of Stage Two residential construction marked another exciting milestone at the resort.
“Our contract holders are so excited to see home builds begin in Stage Two, bringing move-in day closer and closer! They cannot wait to start living a healthier and more social lifestyle at this incredible resort and are just as eagerly watching progress on our show-stopping Country Club,” she said.
Stage Two, which comprises 88 home sites, is located near a number of the flagship resort’s future facilities including the three-level Country Club, tennis court and, at the southern end of the stage, a suite of other first-class recreational facilities.
“With no more pools to maintain, hedges to trim or grass to mow, our future homeowners will have time to do the things they really want to do and enjoy their best years yet,” Ashleigh said.

Set on a 46-hectare elevated site in the Gold Coast’s Pimpama area, capturing city skyline and mountain views, the resort will be the city’s largest of its kind.
The first settlements in Stage One are set to take place before the end of December.
