New Summer House set to cool down residents

Sizzling summer sorted - New Summer House set to cool down residents

GEMLIFE RAINBOW BEACH’S NEW SUMMER HOUSE WILL OPEN ITS DOORS TO THE RESORT’S FIRST RESIDENTS SOON, AS IT NEARS ITS FINAL STAGE OF COMPLETION.

Residents can expect to enjoy a new pool and alfresco lounge and dining areas shortly, with the Summer House soon ready to cater for homeowners, their families and friends.

The sleek layout includes a 1.2-metre-deep magnesium-infused plunge pool, outdoor entertainment area, stainless steel barbecue amenities, and a poolside sunlounge area with louvred shading above.

GemLife Rainbow Beach Sales Manager, Craig Dixon, said residents will be able to entertain in style, while dipping their toes into the pool and soaking up the summer rays.

“This stunning, resort-style Summer House will be the perfect place to entertain and enjoy time with friends and family,” Craig said.

“It’s a welcome addition to the resort, and with all the poolside lounge furniture and other facilities like the undercover outdoor dining space, residents will be able to enjoy family fun on a hot summer’s day.”

GemLife’s interior design team has opted for a coastal-inspired look and feel for the Summer House, with high-quality outdoor dining and lounge furniture in organic tones and materials that beckon residents to settle in and relax.

A natural colour palette of shades of white, cream, grey, and blues, pair harmoniously with rattan-style chairs and lounges and light-coloured timber pedestals of the stylish dining tables. In addition, the pool will be surrounded by attractive timber decking (not shown in artist’s image).

A subtle but eye-catching cream pebble feature wall brings interest to the space, and textured pendant light fittings that take inspiration from traditional thatched roofs, add warmth and a holiday vibe.

The Summer House, the first of two outdoor recreational areas planned for GemLife Rainbow Beach, will give residents a taste of the quality of facilities they can expect at the resort’s future Country Club, which is well underway.
