Roof completed as work continues on Country Club

THE ROOF IS COMPLETED AND BLOCK WORK IS CONTINUING ON THE WELL-APPOINTED AND MUCH AWAITED MULTI-MILLION-DOLLAR GEMLIFE PACIFIC PARADISE COUNTRY CLUB.

GemLife Pacific Paradise Sales Manager Victoria Dent said that although residents could only see scaffolding, the construction team was making steady progress on the magnificent facility.

“With the roof completed, and lower floor services such as plumbing and electrical requirements done, work has now begun on sheeting and framing and then carpentry and painting can commence,” she said.

“After Easter, residents should really be able to see the new building starting to take shape which is going to be extremely exciting for everyone.”

She said the Country Club, which is located in Stage Two, was certain to be a real crowd pleaser with its outstanding design and the many facilities on offer.

“It will feature a minimalistic facade with stonework and landscaped planters that reflect the local environment, refined interiors that use a natural material palette, plus floor-to-ceiling windows to let in plenty of light. A stand-out facility will be an enticing roof terrace bar and indoor pool with serene outdoor views.”
