THE DESIGN OF THE STUNNING GEMLIFE PALMWOODS $12.5M FUTURE COUNTRY CLUB HAS BEEN FINALISED AWAITING COUNCIL BUILDING APPROVAL.
The superb 4800 sqm three-level building will be home to an impressive array of facilities for relaxation, socialising, fitness and fun.
GemLife Palmwoods Sales Manager Liz Millroy said the country club would form the heart of the community, providing homeowners with plenty of choice to enjoy a vibrant high-quality lifestyle no matter their interests.
Liz said the minimalist architectural style together with natural, organic materials would together create a space that is distinctive to the Palmwoods area and its beautiful surroundings.

Once construction commences, the commercial construction team forecasts building to take approximately nine to ten months.
