THE GEMLIFE TEAM WILL MOVE TO A BRAND-NEW NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS AT HELENSVALE ON THE GOLD COAST NEXT MONTH.
The new head office at M1 Connect Business Hub on Siganto Drive provides GemLife with the opportunity to consolidate several offices across South East Queensland at a single location accommodating about 100 employees.
GemLife Director and CEO Adrian Puljich said thanks to GemLife’s rapid growth, he had been actively looking for suitable office space on the Gold Coast to bring all teams together under one roof.
“M1 Connect offers an unrivalled floor plate, a central location providing excellent highway exposure, and premium communal facilities,” he said.
“We have secured 1800m2 of open space, meaning most of GemLife’s workforce could come together at the one site, providing better team cohesion, and enhanced inter-departmental collaboration and creativity.
“There are virtually no premium office buildings available on the northern end that would allow us to accommodate the whole team without having to spread across multiple floors or tenancies and M1 Connect offered the perfect balance between size, location, and amenities.”
GemLife launched in 2016 with most of the team based at the Stapylton office. Due to the company’s rapid growth, this space had to be supplemented with secondary office space at Nerang, and smaller offices in Springwood and Tweed Heads.
“Our head office is the Gold Coast – the majority of GemLife team members live in this region, with some based in Brisbane. It was important to find quality premises on the northern end of the Gold Coast with easy M1 access for our employees,” Adrian said.

M1 Connect offers flexible spaces and collaborative meeting areas with elevated social amenities including a foyer complete with a cafe, end of trip amenities, an outdoor recreation area, and secure parking.
