Living Proof episode 2

LIVING PROOF BY GEMLIFE IS BACK WITH A WHOLE NEW EPISODE OF INSPIRING AND INFORMATIVE LIFESTYLE CONTENT FOR AND ABOUT OUR HOMEOWNERS.

Episode three is set to go live online on GemLife’s website at 3pm on Friday, 28 October. For a snapshot of what you can expect in the latest episode of this ongoing series, read on to find out what’s coming up on this month’s show.

Health Check

In the third episode of Living Proof’s Health Check, dietitian and metabolic health expert Carly Barlow talks to GemLife Woodend homeowner Heather Lloyd about achieving her health goal of losing excess COVID kilos while maintaining her energy levels to keep up with her grandkids, especially her active one-year old grandson. Carly offers some practical suggestions to reduce carbohydrate intake, including a handy alternative product to supplement energy-rich pastas or noodles.

Express Yourself

Hosted by fashion and image consultant Tasha Homan, Living Proof’s third Express Yourself segment takes GemLife Bribie Island homeowner Kay Sherley through the collaborative and fun process of a wardrobe, hair and makeup update. After losing her husband about a year and a half ago, Kay has been on a journey of new beginnings and, with the help of Tasha, fulfilled her wish of bringing some glamour to her wardrobe and look.

Hidden Gems

Presented by passionate traveller Graham Moore, Living Proof’s third Hidden Gems segment will explore the coastal Queensland town of Seventeen Seventy. Located at the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef, the town was named after the year Captain James Cook made his second landing on Australia’s shores and is known for its pristine beaches, unique activities, abundant wildlife, and spectacular natural beauty. From custom-packed picnics to bush tucker adventures, Hidden Gems explores this charming, unspoiled destination.

Tech Savvy

Hosted by respected Australian technology journalist, podcaster and commentator, Stephen Fenech, Living Proof’s third Tech Savvy segment will focus on smart homes and the latest market trends. Future homes will anticipate homeowners’ needs and study their habits and preferences to customise everything from temperature, music to controlling lights, with Amazon’s Alexa or Google Assistant. The global demand for home automation is expected to rise to USD 89.6 billion by 2026, with the boom in remote working and a demand for personalised comfort and security being at the forefront of many homebuyers’ minds.
