Living Proof – What’s on in episode seven!

LIVING PROOF BY GEMLIFE IS BACK WITH A WHOLE NEW EPISODE OF INSPIRING AND INFORMATIVE LIFESTYLE CONTENT FOR AND ABOUT OUR HOMEOWNERS.

Episode seven is set to go live online on GemLife’s website at 3pm on Friday, 24 February. For a snapshot of what you can expect in the latest instalment of this ongoing series, read on to find out what’s coming up on this month’s show.

Health Check

This month’s Living Proof’s Health Check segment, hosted by our metabolic dietitian and health expert, Carly Barlow, introduces vibrant GemLife Palmwoods resident, Caress Walters, who gets some great nutritional tips on diet improvements to achieve a leaner physique. Carly shares her in-depth dietary knowledge that we can all benefit from, especially how to balance the foods we eat and keep it all in moderation.

Express Yourself

Stylist, fashion brand creator and host of Living Proof’s Express Yourself segment, Angela Cleary, returns this month to deliver another fabulous fashion makeover. Angela elevates GemLife Palmwoods resident Petronella DeLang’s sartorial style by giving her the fashion upgrade she had been craving. Angela gives Nel a fresh look, putting her at ease through the journey, including her end-of-show reveal, where she glows in her makeover glory.

Hidden Gems

The seventh Living Proof’s Hidden Gems segment is set to take you on a Queensland outback adventure. Our host, Graham Moore, explores the town of Boulia, famous for its Boulia Camel Races that are held annually in mid-July. He also introduces us to the mystifying Min Min lights, an unsolved modern mystery of the travelling light that ‘follows’ travellers. Rich in history, Boulia was originally part of the Inland Sea and was home to huge numbers of prehistoric marine reptiles.

Tech Savvy

Commentator, podcaster and Australian technology journalist, Stephen Fenech, is back this month to introduce us to the smart car. Stephen shows us that EV cars are not just in demand for their modern technological worth and cost effectiveness, but also for their sustainability benefits and positive effect towards our goal to be more environmentally friendly. Tune in this month to see what all the fuss is about and what you can expect from an electric powered car.
