PICKLEBALL IS IN SESSION! THE GAMES HAVE BEGUN FOR THE AUSTRALIAN PICKLEBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022 WHICH KICKED OFF ON FRIDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER.
Join the spectators to be a part of this fast-paced four-day event which takes place through to Monday, 3 October. Entry is free so come along and watch the players live in action.
Proudly sponsored by GemLife, the Australian Pickleball Championships is back after a two-year hiatus and is being served by pickleballers of all ages and skill levels.
Currently being held at the state-of-the-art Queensland Tennis Centre, home to 44 outdoor courts, the championships age divisions include: 18+, 35+, 50+, 60+, 65+, 70+ and skill levels range from Open, 4.0+, 3.5-4.0, 2.5-3.5, 2.5 and below.
The singles events began at midday on Friday, 30 September, followed by the gender doubles on Saturday, 1 October. Don’t miss out on the mixed doubles on Sunday, 2 October and finally, the hybrid event on the morning of Monday, 3 October.
