Stage Two takes shape at GemLife Highfields Heights

STAGE TWO AT GEMLIFE HIGHFIELDS HEIGHTS HAS OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED, INTRODUCING 60 NEW HOMES IN ONE OF THE RESORT’S MOST PICTURESQUE LOCATIONS.

Construction is already underway, with slabs poured and the first of the new partly elevated home designs beginning to take shape, marking the next growth phase of this over-50s community.

Positioned further up the hill on flatter terrain and close to the future multi-million-dollar Country Club, Stage Two offers a mix of home sites, including standard and corner lots, landscaped walkway positions, and a limited number bordering the nature reserve.

Around half of the homes in this release will be partly elevated, featuring a slab-on-ground front and a pier-supported rear – creating beautifully elevated, single-level living spaces with sweeping countryside views.

Construction is progressing across the resort, with work beginning on the Summer House pool.

Meanwhile, two beautifully appointed display homes will be ready to explore at the upcoming Autumn Open Day on Saturday, 23 May, from 10am to 1pm.
