Stage Five at GemLife Highfields has now been released, featuring 66 home sites as well as the resort’s beautiful future summer house and outdoor recreational precinct.
Nearly 100 guests attended a special Stage Five pre-launch event last month at the resort’s award-winning country club, with several sites snapped up on the day.
GemLife Highfields Sales Manager Rachael Benham said Stage Five was attracting a lot of interest from buyers looking to downsize and take advantage of the resort’s largest home designs to date, in addition to the proximity to the new outdoor recreational precinct, The Outlook.
“Several sites are already spoken for and the feedback from buyers has been excellent,” she said.
“With homes up to 272sqm in size, Stage Five has strong appeal among those who love the idea of extra space indoors and out. There is also a lot of excitement about all the terrific facilities to come.”

The GemLife Highfields Summer House and outdoor recreational precinct will include a beautiful outdoor pool area with sunlounges, croquet lawn/outdoor yoga, a fully equipped gym, indoor and outdoor lounge and dining areas, a large dog run, and much more.
