Spring has arrived and residents are looking forward to spending time doing what they like most such as exploring nature in our local parks, spending a day on the beach or enjoying a leisurely walk bathed in the beautiful sunshine coast sun.
The past month has been a very exciting time, particularly for the many travel enthusiasts among us. You can imagine the excitement of residents as they watched the new fleet of Explore by GemLife motorhomes arrive at GemLife Pacific Paradise.
This latest initiative has people smiling from ear to ear because having our own fully-equipped motorhome available to hire has inspired much wanderlust among residents.
To add to the excitement of the new GemLife motorhomes, residents were also thrilled to attend the launch event for the Paradise Pavilion, the resort’s fabulous new recreational precinct (see pictures on page 24).
There is no doubt residents will be spending a great deal of time within this precinct enjoying the superb range of facilities, including a stylish two-level pool house, games room, clubroom and bar, resort-style pool, outdoor shower, sundeck, tennis court, barbecue facilities and pizza oven, plus a great outdoor entertainment and dining area.
Many joined us at the residents’ party where, I am sure, plenty were contemplating which features they want to experience first. There are just so many to choose from!
Following last month’s release of Stage Two, we have been receiving strong interest from home buyers with more than a third of our homes already sold in this stage.
We are accepting holding deposits on the Stage Two blocks and welcome anyone who is interested in securing a site within our beautiful resort to contact our sales team and find out more, while also enjoying a coffee and having all your questions answered.
