Work is progressing well on our new summer house, the paradise pavilion, with the scaffolding going up soon.
Excitement is growing as the completion of the two-storey summer house draws closer. The GemLife Pacific Paradise team are looking forward to the opening of this superb facility which will provide a stylish space for socialising. Our residents cannot wait to get together at the pristine new venue.
Providing something for everyone, the summer house’s many features will range from a `bar with a view’, games room, sunbed and daybed areas to a landscaped outdoor area that will incorporate a glistening magnesium-infused infinity-edge pool, barbecue area, fire pit, pizza oven and tennis court (see opposite page).
Our resort has also welcomed many new residents in recent weeks, all very excited to be settling in one of the Sunshine Coast’s bestkept- secrets, the peaceful suburb of Pacific Paradise. The area has all the benefits of being quiet and out of the way, yet is on the doorstep of everything that makes the Sunshine Coast a world-class tourist destination such as its beaches, shopping and relaxed lifestyle.
