The GemLife Gold Coast Experience Centre, a state-of-the-art sales facility designed to give buyers an unmatched interactive and immersive experience of what is on offer at the upcoming resort, is set to open later this month.
Architecturally designed to reflect the look and feel of the development, the final touches are being put in place on the centre which will feature a cutting-edge selection room for inclusions and finishing samples, as well as display home room re-creations, including a kitchen, butler’s pantry, ensuite bathroom and powder room.
GemLife Sales and Marketing Director Andrew Coulter said that the centre had been thoughtfully designed to help buyers better conceptualise their future home and environment, something that traditionally can be challenging while a development is in the pre-construction phase.
“It’ll be the next closest thing to actually being in the completed resort. We have taken a whole new approach to the typical sales experience by bringing everything to life in a more tangible way,” he said.
The centre will boast an expansive circular selection room showcasing all the inclusions on offer within the resort’s homes, as well as colour scheme and finishing samples.
“In addition, the fully functional display kitchen with luxury European appliances, will also be used for special demonstrations for future residents hosted by GemLife chef Matt Conquest,” he said.
