Welcome to the first month of Autumn and what promises to be a memorable March here at GemLife Maroochy Quays on the fabulous Sunshine Coast.
February’s wet weather slowed construction but the team is pulling out all stops to get back on track this month. The first of our stylish, modern display homes have been completed and we’re expecting the remainder to be finished very soon.
The good news doesn’t end there! We also had a partial release of our Stage Three sites, which are located just a short distance from the future country club. Last month our future residents joined us for two relaxed, informal educational sessions about phone and internet connectivity, presented by OptiComm.It was a great opportunity for people to have all their questions answered.
Our bus trips to GemLife Bribie Island will now be held once a month so that prospective homeowners can still visit this established resort for a taste of our terrific over-50s lifestyle and see Bribie’s magnificent, award-winning country club, the facilities and, of course, enjoy a lovely morning tea.
