The year that was 2023 featured many amazing innovations, activities, and events across all resorts both new and established. They ranged from the introduction of virtual power plants (VPPs) to help maximise environmental and economic benefits of solar power and the release of Stage One of the eco-inspired $340 million GemLife Moreton Bay over-50s lifestyle resort to a fabulous array of celebrations, charity fund-raisers and social events.

During the past year we have not only seen work start on an incredible new resort and the launch of wonderful new facilities, but we also welcomed many homeowners into the GemLife family.

There were so many terrific get-togethers, amazing events and social activities enjoyed including the first-ever GemLife Games, held at GemLife Maroochy Quays.
