The laid-back coastal town of Lake Cathie in mid-northern New South Wales will soon be home to a new over-50s lifestyle resort, GemLife Rainbow Beach.
Enveloped by beautiful natural bushland and just minutes away from pristine beaches and breath-taking lagoons, GemLife Rainbow Beach will offer the best of over-50s living with modern two and three-bedroom homes and an extensive array of facilities for active, vibrant lifestyles.
GemLife Director and CEO Adrian Puljich said the new resort would offer a peaceful enclave designed to capitalise on the natural beauty of its surroundings.
“GemLife Rainbow Beach will be a tranquil oasis located in the charming coastal town of Lake Cathie, an area known for its undisturbed beaches and waterways, fishing and water sports, and subtropical rainforests,” he said.

The resort will feature a two-storey country club, accommodating first-class recreational and leisure facilities such as a gym, ten-pin bowling alley, magnesium-infused indoor pool with spa, sauna, luxury cinema, bar and coffee lounge, and a viewing deck. Other recreational facilities will include an outdoor barbecue area and a residents’ workshop.
GemLife Rainbow Beach is located at Forest Parkway, Lake Cathie. Home construction is forecast to begin in late 2021. Stay tuned for updates.
