Launched in December with a barbecue pool party catered by GemLife Chef Matt Conquest, the Summer House has been a popular destination for residents, says GemLife Moreton Bay Sales Manager Samantha Stevens.

“Hardly a day goes by without some activity happening at the Summer House,” she said.

“Homeowners have been enjoying barbecue get-togethers, as well as regular gatherings in the spacious meeting room.”

The Summer House’s interior design captures the essence of subtropical living, with a palette of warm, earthy tones – honey, sand, terracotta, and brick red – which beautifully complements the lush green landscaping that envelops the building.

Elevating the resort-style ambience are the fragrant blooms of frangipanis, the creamy sensuous scent of gardenias, and the fresh citrus aroma of lemon myrtle.

“The pool has been the perfect place for people to cool off this summer and we know that it will also be enjoyed by new homeowners who will be moving in soon,” said Samantha.
