The new decade has been off to a terrific start, with over ten settlements in January and eleven beautiful new display homes in progress.
Construction of the first twelve fantastic new stock homes is also under way, with all available for purchase. We have also allocated another 12 Stock Homes to be built soon. We are now selling the last of our Stage Three display homes and move-in-ready stock homes, perfect for those looking to enjoy a whole new life in beautiful Bribie straight away. In addition, there are some excellent sites available in Stage Four on which to build your preferred design, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. We celebrated a big milestone last month, welcoming our 200th residents – Paul and Gwen. The couple relocated from Cranbourne North in Victoria and are ready to enjoy the fantastic lifestyle on offer at GemLife Bribie Island. Congratulations Paul and Gwen and welcome to the community!
We are happy to announce that complementary Morning Teas have resumed and we welcome you to bring along a friend or family member and enjoy our Gem Café, followed by a tour of our display homes on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday morning. Twilight drinks by Invitation only are on at the country club this month.
