GemLife Rainbow Beach master planned country club design

GemLife Rainbow Beach’s new Country Club raises the roof

VISUALLY SPECTACTULAR WITH A CONTEMPORARY, MEDITERRANEAN-INSPIRED LOOK AND FEEL REMINISCENT OF A LUXURY HOLIDAY RESORT, THE $10.5 MILLION GEMLIFE RAINBOW BEACH COUNTRY CLUB WILL BE THE FIRST OF ITS KIND ON THE NSW MID NORTH COAST.

Perfectly positioned to let homeowners take in picturesque green views and coastal breezes, the two-level Country Club – currently under construction – will provide homeowners with an exclusive architecturally-designed retreat for the ultimate in health, fitness and an active social life.

GemLife Rainbow Beach Sales Manager Craig Dixon said the Country Club would be a showstopper, providing residents with a luxurious recreational facility with a huge array of amenities.

“It will truly be next level. With features such as the luxury stereo surround sound cinema, large ballroom, several bar and dining areas, a well stacked library, arts and crafts room, music room and even a salon, homeowners will be spoilt for choice,” Craig said.

“The Country Club will also boast an indoor magnesium swimming pool, ten-pin bowling alley, and a golf simulator. And one of the most talked about features is a top floor undercover lawn bowls green with its own lounge and deck area where residents can enjoy stunning bushland views and mingle after a game while sipping drinks with friends.”

GemLife’s Manager of Interior Design Jennifer Kyle said the Country Club’s interior spaces would have a strong Mediterranean influence to create a serene, calming environment.

“Our interior design team is currently working hard to finalise colour and design palettes,” Jennifer said.

“We plan to use a variety of textures and soft furnishings to add the perfect ‘visual weight’ to the building’s different spaces and rooms together with luscious shades of yellow and crisp blues for an airy, coastal and beachy feel,” she said.

“Ultimately, we want homeowners and visitors to be wowed when they walk into the building, while at the same time feeling relaxed so they can enjoy their free time in any way they choose.”

The building design also incorporates modern, streamlined floor-to-ceiling glass windows to provide plenty of natural light.

Other facilities at the Country Club include a bar and lounge, a fully equipped gym, a sauna and spa, sundeck, grand hall and more.

Craig added that with the roof raised last month, it was exciting to watch the building take shape.

“You can already see what a remarkable facility it will be. There will be nothing like it in the region and I cannot wait for residents to start using it.”
