Work on the GemLife Palmwoods resort entry got underway last month and, with the spectacular backdrop of the blackall range framed in the distance, is set to make a statement.
The entry, expected to be completed in early 2022, will feature number-plate recognition technology to give homeowners convenient access to the gated resort.
GemLife Palmwoods Sales Manager Liz Millroy said the statement entry would create a sense of ‘arrival’ thanks to a long, beautifully landscaped driveway leading up to the resort gates.
“From the moment people turn off Landershute Road, there is an immediate feeling of tranquility. With the bushland and mountain views in the distance, coming home will feel like entering an exclusive oasis,” Liz said.
When completed, lush landscaping will greet residents and guests, including mature palm trees along the centre of the main Boulevard.
Set in the idyllic and picturesque Sunshine Coast hinterland and surrounded by the scenic beauty of the Blackall Range, GemLife Palmwoods is minutes from local shops and amenities. In easy reach of the Sunshine Coast’s world-famous attractions, the resort is just 20 minutes from Maroochydore and an hour and 20 minutes from Brisbane.
