We hope everyone had a happy Easter and we are looking forward to another terrific month here at Pacific Paradise.
Things continue to move ahead at Pacific Paradise as construction on the managers’ office and residence have commenced. The main road down the boulevard is coming along nicely and we are incredibly excited to announce that we now have one display home and two move-in-ready homes well underway.
We are expecting all of our display homes to be completed in July. We have continued to have strong interest in our Sunshine Coast site with one sale just in the past week and two homeowners going unconditional.
It’s wonderful to see our future community growing and the resort starting to take shape, we cannot wait for what lies ahead.
