Brenda Faulkner walked into the final home available for sale at GemLife Bribie Island Over-50s Lifestyle Resort and was sold on it immediately.
“I knew straight away that the beautiful lakeside home was the one for me,” said Brenda.
“I look straight across the lake. The quality of the home is amazing, and everything is so new – there is nothing that needs to be done.”
Single, fit and active, the retired lab manager for an export meat company is looking forward to taking full advantage of the gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and all that the resort has to offer.
She is also a dedicated hiker and member of Women’s Fitness Adventures, an online community dedicated to bringing active women together through fitness, and says the bonus of living in such a secure community is the ability to lock-up and head off on a hiking tour whenever she likes.
Brenda was surprised and delighted to be the final settlement at the popular Gemlife Bribie Island resort, which reached its capacity well before its due date.
