Despite the challenges of the past month due to Australia’s huge effort to flatten the curve, it’s been an exciting time at GemLife Maroochy Quays with new residents moving into their homes every week. We’re thrilled to see our beautiful community grow!
Home construction at the resort has been full-steam ahead, and we are looking forward to seeing the new fabulous split-level displays begin. Stage Two offers buyers with something very different from other stages with a combination of double-storey, split-level and single-level homes. Five split-level and several double-storey display homes are planned for the near future, in addition to several move-in ready homes.
For those of you who don’t want to wait, we have a few fabulous move-in-ready homes available now in Stage One, including one of this stage’s biggest and best homes, a huge one-off custom designed home unlike any other. Two other homes are also available, including a stylish, one-off, open-plan design that successfully balances a sense of space with a relaxed sense of intimacy. Last month, we had our first delivery of GemLife Eats for our new Maroochy Quays’ residents. What a terrific new initiative to help our residents reduce trips to the supermarket and assist with social distancing. The meals have been fantastic and everyone is loving this terrific service.
Our brand new Maroochy Quays bus arrived this month and our new residents cannot wait to make use of it once social distancing is no longer needed.
