GemLife Maroochy Quays is on a roll.
It has been incredibly exciting to watch our community grow with nine new residents moving in last month.
Progress continues with the construction of the resort’s fantastic waterfront country club. The lakefront pier and boardwalk, as well as the outdoor pool area, are starting to take shape and the resort is coming together quickly. The outdoor pool precinct has been fast-tracked and will be ready for resident use by the summer.
Everyone is looking forward to the easing of restrictions and our residents cannot wait for social activities to resume and to make use of our brand new resort bus that arrived last month.
There has been fantastic interest in our fabulous coastal resort, with enquiries at an all-time high over the past month.
