July is looking to be a magnificent month here on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
Our Maroochy Quays community is continuing to grow and friendships are flourishing with residents gathering to get to know each other over social drinks each week.
I am excited to announce that the GemLife Maroochy Quays Display Homes Grand Opening will be happening on Saturday, 18 July. Walk through our beautiful display homes and get a taste of what your home and life at GemLife could look like. This event will be COVID-safe with three different time slots available between 9:30am and 2:00pm. Each time slot will be limited to 100 people, in line with government guidelines.
Construction is powering ahead at the resort and our magnificent boardwalk out to the water is taking shape and the outdoor pool precinct is well under way. Additionally, construction of
our stylish split-level display homes is set to commence in the coming weeks.
With restrictions starting to ease, our residents cannot wait for their first trip in the resort bus and for social events and outings to begin.
