The excitement of future GemLife Highfields homeowners is rising as construction continues at a rapid pace on stages three and four.
Completion of their new villas is just around the corner, and it seems, the day new homeowners move in can’t come fast enough with many eager to enjoy our many fabulous facilities and over-50s lifestyle.
Potential residents should also enquire about our great mix of pre-built homes for which construction work is already underway. These should be available in the coming months. Contact Jenny or I to find out what homes will be ready and when.
There is no time like the present to take advantage of the great selling market and move into your right-sized home at GemLife Highfields. The transition can be an easy one and we will do all we can to help you along the way.
Of course, there is also the option of choosing a site together with one of our beautiful designer homes with your own colour selection and watch it materialize before your eyes.
While construction is powering ahead, our residents have been enjoying many great events. They included supporting and cheering on our Resort Manager Cheryl Cook who shaved her head to raise funds for the Leukaemia Foundation. In so doing, she raised a whopping $5000 to help families dealing with blood cancer.
In addition, and showing the diversity of activities undertaken here, more than 60 residents and staff took part in a four-week AUSLAN course to learn sign language to enable them to communicate with our resident Pat Knowles who is profoundly deaf. It was a very enjoyable experience!
Our stunning GemLife Highfields resort, set in a semi-rural location close to the Bunya Mountains, Ravensbourne National Park and Peacehaven Botanic Park, has something for everyone to enjoy and is only a walk or cycle away from local shops including Woolworths and Aldi, a café, chemist, bakery, Queensland X-Ray and pathology services.
