It was an exciting month at GemLife Maroochy Quays with the grand opening of the resort’s modern two and three-bedroom, light-filled display homes.
Nearly 200 keen visitors attended the event to get a taste of resort-style living on the Sunshine Coast.
Attendees were blown away by the quality of the homes and the detail of the clever indoor-outdoor living options designed to make the most of the area’s warm subtropical climate.
GemLife Sales & Marketing Director Andrew Coulter said the day was a huge success, generating uniformly positive feedback from guests.
“All the guests I spoke with commented on how beautiful the homes were and said the resort defied their expectations,” he said.
“We had a number of visitors who put sites on hold and booked private appointments to come back after the event.”
Guests also had the opportunity to visit the sales office to learn about the GemLife lifestyle and get a preview of the magnificent waterfront country club and first-class facilities to come.
Once complete, facilities at the resort will include a heated indoor pool and spa, outdoor pool, hairdressing salon, golf simulator, ten-pin bowling alley, luxury cinema, residents’ workshop, lakefront boardwalk and jetty, BBQ pavilion and more.
The event was complete with a variety of delicious eats onsite. From tasty finger foods by GemLife Chef Matt Conquest, decadent crepes from J’Adore Les Crepes and coffee from On the Go Espresso, GemLife provided an assortment of treats for visitors to enjoy while relaxing in the Maroochydore sunshine.
