Indulge and devour was definitely the lesson learnt at the latest Highfields resort morning tea. Many of our resident stakeholders and prospective buyers got together to experience some of Highfields’ rich history, delectable treats and resort gossip.
The Chocolate Cottage, initially established in 1997 after a lifelong dream of owners Kaye and Colin, was restored from an original 1877 Highfields school house. From humble beginnings, the stunning venue is reminiscent of times gone by and now seats over 230 people and operates six days a week. Boasting gorgeous views of the Toowoomba Range, the café has room for all the family and cosy indoor dining during the winter months.

Highfields’ Chocolate Cottage
Our lovely guests were treated to a delicious array of scones, cakes, coffee, gourmet sandwiches and, of course, chocolate. During these morning teas, we like to bring everyone together so that they can get to know one another and have any questions they might have about GemLife resorts answered. These are a great opportunity to get to know your neighbours or just keep up to date with the progress of the resort.
We look forward to seeing you all there in the future!
