Visitors flocked to the GemLife Bribie Island Stage Four Display Homes Grand Opening last month to stroll through the resort’s magnificent new display homes and get a taste of resort-style living on Bribie Island.
Despite some wet weather, nearly 200 enthusiastic visitors attended the event.
GemLife Sales & Marketing Director Andrew Coulter said visitors were impressed by the quality of the modern two and three-bedroom homes as well as the first-class facilities on offer.
“Visitors thoroughly enjoyed getting a feel of what life is like at the resort and all the guests I spoke to couldn’t believe how beautiful and practical the homes were,” he said.
Stage Four homes feature upgraded standard inclusions including luxe window fittings, upgraded splashback tiles, new garage options, as well as five contemporary new colour schemes.
Stage Four has 96 new sites including several premium blocks overlooking the picturesque Bribie Island National Park.
Visitors also enjoyed a tour of the resort’s award-winning, waterfront country club and its incredible facilities, including the heated indoor pool and spa, luxurious cinema, residents’ workshop, hairdressing salon, golf simulator, waterfront lounge and more.
There were also food trucks onsite providing visitors an assortment of tasty eats to enjoy while taking in the natural beauty of Bribie Island.
