Our Resorts: Keeping residents safe

Closure of shared facilities and increased routine cleaning of high-touch areas, such as the handles on the resort’s pedestrian gates, are some of the steps put in place to keep residents safe. However, equally important is helping keep spirits up by easing the stress and boredom of living in iso.

GemLife Eats: GemLife launched GemLife Eats, a free meal delivery service bringing healthy and delicious chef-prepared meals to residents every week to aid in social distancing and reduce trips to the supermarket.

Stan gift cards: To keep everyone entertained, GemLife gave Stan gift cards to all residents.

Our Sales Offices: Private appointments & tours

To ensure that homebuyers dreaming of a whole new life can continue to visit our sales offices or see display or move-in-ready homes in person, GemLife set up a private appointment booking system. These are available daily at 10am, 12:30pm and 2:30pm from Monday to Saturday (Monday to Sunday at GemLife Bribie Island). At your private appointment, learn more about the GemLife lifestyle, browse floor plans, carpet, tile and colour scheme samples, and pricelists for our resorts’ stunning, open-plan two and three-bedroom homes designs and have all your questions answered by our expert sales team.

Our COVID-savvy sales teams have social distancing and hygiene practises in place and increased cleaning programs of our offices and display homes are ongoing.

Our Construction sites: It’s full-steam ahead

Construction across all our sites has been powering ahead and remains on track. COVID-savvy measures have been put in place to minimise health risks of workers such as providing and promoting the use of hand sanitisers or alcohol wipes, requiring medical certificates for anyone reporting cold or flu-like symptoms. GemLife has also implemented staggered lunch breaks, start times and finish times to minimise any larger gatherings of workers, as well as adjusting schedules of the different trades working on the same project to limit the number of workers on-site at the same time.
