It’s been a hive of activity for our construction team at GemLife Maroochy Quays, our beautiful Sunshine Coast resort.
Stage Two construction is well underway and home construction at the resort has been full-steam ahead. Stage Two offers buyers with something very different from other stages with a combination of double-storey, split-level and single-level homes. Five split-level and several double-storey display homes are planned for the near future, in addition to a range of move-in-ready homes.
The first of the resort’s residents have begun moving in and the community is starting to grow.
In Stage One, a number of move-in ready homes are available now including one of this stage’s biggest homes, a spacious, modern, one-off custom-designed home. Two other homes are also available including another stylish one-off design that successfully balances a sense of space with a relaxed sense of intimacy.
The construction team quickly adjusted to COVID-friendly measures put in place at the site, working seamlessly to ensure schedules remain on track.
