The class is a great no-impact way to build fitness while enjoying social interaction.
“It’s not hard or strenuous and we get a great laugh out of it too. The class focuses on balance, strength, stability, mobility with some coordination thrown in to challenge both sides of the brain – this is where we get a lot of the laughs from!” said Naomi.
The aqua-aerobics class starts at 8:30am at the Bribie Island country club’s indoor pool.
