Big welcome extended to new homeowners

THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE CALLING GEMLIFE TWEED WATERS OVER-50S LIFESTYLE RESORT HOME HAS BEEN RISING RAPIDLY OVER THE PAST FEW MONTHS WITH NEW HOMEOWNERS STEADILY MOVING INTO THEIR BRAND-NEW HOMES.

The atmosphere throughout the waterside boutique resort has been filled with excitement as new arrivals are welcomed with open arms by the entire community, according to GemLife Tweed Waters Sales Manager Melanie Graham.

“Residents have opened their doors and held street parties to celebrate new neighbours as they arrive. Everyone has been made to feel so welcome and many new friendships are being made every day,” she said.

“All residents, new and future, are also watching in anticipation as the spectacular new Country Club gradually takes shape with everyone looking forward to enjoying the many facilities and opportunities for socialising this fabulous venue will provide when complete.”

Russ and Lyn Howard were the third couple to move into the resort.

“We feel so lucky to be starting a new chapter here at Gemlife Tweed Waters and we couldn’t have been more excited to move into our beautiful new home. It’s amazing,” said Lyn.

“Everything here is brand new, and it’s near the water, airport, beach and hospital. What’s more, we have the nicest neighbours. We also can’t wait for the Country Club to be completed so we can enjoy ten-pin bowling, use the golf simulator and socialise with everyone.”
