OKTOBERFEST CHEER & STAGE 2 PREVIEWS AT GEMLIFE WOODEND

GemLife Woodend served up a whole lot of Oktoberfest cheer on the weekend and gave guests the chance to take a sneak-peek at our new Stage 2 display home. Revelers also had a chance to preview the latest artists’ renders of the resort’s stunning new country club.

More than 160 residents and visitors joined the GemLife Woodend team to enjoy the German tradition of Oktoberfest at our pop-up inflatable pub (yes, really!) with traditional food, music and, of course, beer.

Nine display homes were open for preview, including one new Stage 2 display home – giving people the chance to experience GemLife’s stylish, quality homes.

Guests were impressed by the latest artists illustrations of the resort’s highly-anticipated lakeside country club.

GemLife’s Sales and Marketing Director, Andrew Coulter, said the Oktoberfest event was a great way for visitors to experience the friendly community atmosphere at GemLife Woodend as well as the natural beauty of its location.

“The Oktoberfest celebrations created a fun, relaxed, social environment that gave guests a taste of the GemLife lifestyle and an opportunity to take a leisurely look through the resort’s display homes,” said Andrew.

“It was great to hear the terrific positive feedback from visitors about the resort and the homes. People loved the look and feel of the resort and many commented about the fabulous gardens and how established it felt,” he said.

“We had lots of compliments on the interior design of the homes, and visitors were impressed by the modern designs, open-plan living and the light-filled space.”

Located near the historic township of Woodend in Victoria’s spectacular Macedon Ranges region, GemLife Woodend’s over-50s resort is a tranquil oasis surrounded by natural beauty. Luxurious, stylish homes, with first-class fixtures and fittings, are nestled in a secure community that boasts expansive swathes of protected woodland, home to a large and extremely rare population of Black Gum trees. A stunning lakeside country club will provide residents with premium leisure and recreation facilities.
